FAQ & Shipping Info


Because we ship directly from our partners in these countries, your item may take 1 week to 2 weeks to arrive. Processing of orders will be within 1-2 business days. Our global suppliers do provide tracking numbers to us and we would be also be glad to assist and check on the status of the package if the item has not arrived within the time frame. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it's on its way :)  

Due to factors that commonly affect international shipments, such as weather delays, holidays and customs inspections, we are unable to guarantee shipping times. These are only estimates. 

We would appreciate your patience and understanding when items have shipment delays. We DO NOT tolerate threats, wrong assumptions about our company, or if the customer is just being plain mean or sarcastic in emails. We treat all our customers with respect and we hope it's vice versa.

    • RUSSIA: PLEASE ENTER YOUR FULL NAME, FULL ADDRESS IN ENGLISH
    • ARGENTINA: PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT ARGENTINA GOVERNMENT HAS A LIMITATION ON OVERSEAS GOODS. MAXIMUM IS 2 TIMES A YEAR PER PERSON. IN ADDITION, IF THE TOTAL AMOUNT EXCEEDS $25 IN ONE YEAR, THE EXCEEDING AMOUNT SHALL BE LEVIED TAXES UP TO 50% IN COMPLIANCE WITH STATUTORY TARIFF.

    • We ship from different sweat-free factories all around the world. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately if you order more than one item.
    • DO YOU ACCEPT ORDERS PLACED OVERSEAS?
      We sure do! We proudly ship worldwide for FREE!                                                   
    • HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
      • Order processing time takes 1-2 business days before shipment. Deliveries can take up to 1 week or more. It depends on what you purchased. You can 'CONTACT US' or email info@vgem.com to check on the status of your item. 
      • PLEASE NOTE:  In some cases, shipping may take longer due to various factors (ie; time of year order placed such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, Chinese New Year, Deepavali and other major holidays).
      • PLEASE NOTE: Orders will NOT be cancelled after a confirmation email has been sent to the customer.

      • PLEASE NOTE: Any change of address once the item has been shipped out, will not be entertained. So, please carefully enter your address and please make sure it is in ENGLISH.
    • HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
      • If you plan to give one of our items as a holiday gift, we do not recommend buying the items during the month when the holiday is happening. There is a risk of the item not arriving there on time. We are not held responsible for items that do not arrive before specified dates.

    • IT'S BEEN OVER 2+ WEEKS AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER, WHAT CAN I DO?
      • Please contact us if you haven't received your order within the time frame given above. We'll take care of it for you so rest assured your item is on the way! :)
    • I HAVE RECEIVED ONLY PART OF MY SHIPMENT, WHERE ARE THE OTHER ITEMS?
      • We ship from different parts of the world so some items might arrive earlier than others. If you'd like to know the status of your other items, please email us with your name and order number.
    • WHY HAVE I NOT RECEIVED ANY ORDER CONFIRMATION DETAILS?
      • Most times this is because our customers have accidentally entered their email in wrong. Throughout the process we send 3-4 emails, including an order conformation, a fulfillment notice, and a shipping notice. If you believe you may have entered your email wrong please contact us and we will fix it for you.
    • WHAT IS YOUR STORE'S RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY?
      • Strictly no returns or exchanges unless there are defect(s) in the product(s) and the attention is brought to us no later than 2 days from the day you received the package. So make sure you are ordering the correct item, size, and color. 

      • If there is a defect on the item, VGEM will RESHIP out a new piece on our cost.  
    • I ENTERED MY ADDRESS WRONG! CAN YOU PLEASE CHANGE IT?
      • Yes! If you contact us within 24 hours we can change your order once you provide us the correct address. Otherwise we do not accept responsibility for wrong addresses. Please enter your address carefully at checkout and enter it in ENGLISH.

    SHIPPING POLICY

    IMPORTANT: We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation sent immediately after purchase. Costs to reship the package will be invoiced to the customer

    VGEM is not responsible for destination country tax and/or duty charge that may incur. Customers will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country, prior to ordering. VGEMS will not be responsible for any Duties, Taxes, or Customs fees under any circumstances.

    If the order arrives at your country and...

    • The customer refuses to accept the package
    • No attempt is made in the country of destination to deliver the package. 

    VGEM Store reserves the right to abandon the package(s) and will not be responsible for any refund
